After the meeting, you’ll get a clear, concise list of how you can apply what we talked about (your 4-week Action Plan)
Support and follow-up by phone, text or email for 4 weeks following our meeting. I follow up on your Action Plan to give you the best chance at implementing what will work for you. Also, if questions come up or you just want to talk through something that isn’t working, I’m available!
